Upcoming Meditation Sessions: 

One-day Mindfulness Insight Meditation Retreat in English

Dates:  Sept. 27 and Oct. 18, 2025
Teacher: Dr. Sean Pritchard

Time: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (Please arrive between 8:00 am – 8:15 am)
Location: 38 Leopold Place, New Westminster, BC

Lunch will be provided, vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
Minimum of 3 yogis, maximum of 8 yogis.
New yogis are welcome.

Other Programs & Retreats

Annual Retreats

Annual Retreats are usually held in the summer of each year, these last from 9 to 17 days on average. Pre-registration and acceptance are required for these due to limited accommodation space.

Beginner Classes

The Mindfulness-Insight Course for Beginners is an introduction to the meditation practice. This class is for both beginners and experienced practitioners that have no previous exposure to the Pure Vipassana Meditation method (Mahasi tradition). The program consists of 12 sessions of online courses, involving guided meditation and lectures about the practice.

Intermediate Classes

The Intermediate Class is offered as an online course. It involves a 60-minute meditation time, before/after a dhamma talk (lecture about the practice). The intermediate class is an ongoing year-round program; online videos are released bi-weekly on Tuesdays.
